Godzilla 1985 WOW!!!!!! I'm so excited to see that one. This '94 is impressive except for the awkward head joint.

Any idea when we're getting a pic of 84? As for 94, he looks interesting. I was kinda just expecting a softer SHMA, but this looks like it's trying something a little different. The blue highlights look strange but nice, like Godzilla is swimming. Detail doesn't look quite as good as the MA, but for $20, I might not be able to resist picking that up.

Imo, it looks closer to the 93' Godzilla. I'm getting it for sure though!

I am underwhelmed by this sculpt. The paint is terrible, blue on the body, really? The texturing is.... meh. Looks closer to a dinosaur toy than a Godzilla toy. Kinda cartoony in a way. The shape is right at least.

It's basically what I expected from NECA. This toyline isn't for me, but I'm glad that there will be articulated figures on the market at a more affordable price for those who can't afford the SHMA, but need something better than Bandai Creations.

LOL this little paradox pretty much sums up my thoughts.

I'm not a fan of the figure, it doesn't look up to par with NECA's other figures sculpt wise. When I think NECA is doing Godzilla figures, I think of a less articulated SHMA figure. It's just not up to par with the Alien, Predator or Pacific Rim sculpts.

It's quite glossy as well.

The sculpt is nice, they could make the paint a lot better though.

Yeah, agreed with RZK and Jomei. Looks really neat, but slightly stylized - it seems more like a generic Godzilla 90's sculpt rather than 94 in particular. It looks the part for $20, though.

And 84? Like I said in the Classics poll thread, that's an excellent choice (and great synchronicity for me personally, as the 84 film has been on my mind a lot lately).

The gloss makes it different, also knowing NECA we can expect 10 repaint variants right I've grown a custom to the blue light on MogeGoji, heck Googleing the suit gives you those images of him standing in the blue gel light, something I think NECA was trying to replicate.

94 looks good and for $20 bucks I'll pick it up but to know that 84 Goji is waiting in the wings makes me very happy. Very good picks NECA and finally we can get an 84 Goji.
