Accessories would be an extra hand with a tendril through it.
Breathe effect with the stand being the mines he steps on (forget what they are called) in order for the bacteria to work.
And of course movie accurate sculpt that has no flaws. No wonky eyes, paint mishaps, superb articulation that doesn't hinder the sculpt, no gaps, No falling pieces no matter how much you move them.

I would do ANYTHING, ANYTHING for this to happen.

I like Zilla's design but I'm not too keen on the old Trendmasters figures of him, and there isn't much else available for him. I collect 6" scale Bandai Japan and Creation vinyls, so I'd want ones of Zilla and Cyber Zilla to match

Any 6 inch figure of the 89/91 Godzilla would fulfill my greatest wish for my collection. I have every other suit as a 6 inch figure, but the lack of 89/91 (especially seeing how that it is my favorite suit, particularly when it's modded for 91) makes my collection of suits feel incomplete.

An SHMA Godzilla 1984 set with these accessories: four Hyper Laser Cannons, two tall buildings (like the one he blew the hole through using his atomic breath and another random tall building model), and a Super X (and not that cheap one that comes on that curved stand).

Also, I'd like to see an SHMA M6000 T.C. System pack, like what was used in promo images of the SHMA Biollante, with 8 of those artificial lightning panels, 12 mines, 4 MBT-92s, 2 AH-1s cobra helicopters, and a few other random military vehicles such as tanks, scout cars, etc., all of which appeared in the movie... God, I really like details after reading my idea...

Surprised no one has posted a picture of some woman with the caption,"figure of my dreams".

This is going to sound simplistic but any detailed vinyl figure of Gorosaurus, Dogora, Gaira, or Varan at a 12 inch scale would be perfect. Perhaps that's a little small for a dream but I'd just like a figure like that to fit alongside my older bandais.
