It could very well be the best one yet, but the $400+ price tag is too hard to swallow for something that feels a bit uninspired :-/

I preordered the 54 anyway and plan to sell my 30cm. Xplus seems to be on a roll dishing out Gigantic Showa Gojis and I don't wanna miss out

I was actually considering the same thing. I have an emotional attachment to my 30cm since it was my first X Plus.

Same here, always wanted an accurate '54 and the 30cm was my first Xplus. But now, I feel I can upgrade :huge:

I do want this, but we're looking at $500 easy just for the standard when factoring in shipping. Between all the other stuff I've recently bought and my other items on pre-order (Legion, MG2, and Biollante), I just don't think I can swing it...and I'm fully expecting X-Plus to announce other things I will want want between now and the end of the year. I already passed on the Gigantic 62, partially because I've just never had an attachment to that suit, and partially because I'm happy with my Gigabrain 62...I guess my Gigantic Burning G will have to do.

Hey, you can get a good $300 for it. I did the same with my 30cm G'62 and never looked back :g2k:

Haven't saw those issues but the paint app looks kinda botched. Well see tonight when I opened mine up. Postman happened to deliver him when I was stepping out to go to work. :D

I haven't put the tail on mine but it looks great. Much better than the shot earlier. It's mouth might be a bit more closed than the prototype, but otherwise it's solid.. fins and all

I haven't been through the thread to check but who here is going to be pre-ordering the "1999 C" SDCC exclusive version of Burning Godzilla at G-Fest this year ? It's one of the giant ones and Bluefin will be at G-Fest taking pre-orders.

Just that one as far as I know. I saw a photo on my last visit a couple of weeks ago. It has more yellow mixed in with the orange

Yes they are. I was at my local comic shop today and they said Bluefin is bringing them over. Super exciting time for X Plus

Chris was right, a Gigantic DesuGoji from Bluefin. But its not an X Plus even if its the X Plus sculpt. Also, Warner Bros. printed on the box?

Of course I was right. Been working with those guys for 3 years. :)

Yep, WB has it's print on Godzilla stuff even more now.
