Seeing the standard version of Defo 84, I’m kinda leaning toward the Ric. Will decide when I’m home and can compare on a screen that isn’t my tiny phone.

I'd kill for Xplus to do a Gigantic version of the Honey Bones Godzilla 54.

Looks like the Sakai Shin is up for preorder now.

The Ric seems to have a full body light up feature.

It's not full body light up. Just a different paint scheme. Kind of like GMK KG

YES! I'm glad someone else agrees. I've been saying this for years and at one point thought they were going to do so after the 95' so I sold mine and constantly regret it. That sculpt is the best stylized Godzilla by far.

I ended up double-dipping the Defo 84. Ric is too good to pass up, but since the reactor is fixed to the figure, I'm also getting the standard for funny scenario pictures.

It's so hard for me to pass up the Sakai Shin, but I know eventually the copyright mud will dissipate and Diamond will get it at a reduced price. So I'll hold out and wait until then. Maybe I'll have more space by then too.

So a local arcade has the X-Plus Ghidorah available as one of their rewards for 44,800 tickets. This was my first time actually seeing the figure in person and he is HUGE! Like oh my god he would never fit into a detolf, yet, he was so amazing looking. The problem is, I would end up spending like 3-4 time as much at the arcade to get the tickets to buy him than he would cost at retail.

It's a beauty. And it's in the 25cm scale. Imagine the 30cm. And there is a 1964 version coming out at some point.

Pass. I never warmed up to JJ. And I've been trying to for 28 years!

My 30cm MGII arrived. Only real qualm is that he's way bigger than 30cm Gigan when Gigan is technicality the 2nd tallest Showa kaiju after Ghidorah. It really only a nitpick but otherwise the sculpt is fantastic.

This will be a random post, but if anyone has an extra tail from a 1989 30cm Godzilla, then I would be interested in purchasing it from you.

I recently sold my 30cm 1989, and now the buyer is claiming that I sent him the wrong tail. I believe I'm being scammed, as I double checked the figure before I shipped it to him, but there's not much I can do from a sellers standpoint. I believe he probably broke his personal 1989's tail, bought my complete figure, and now wants to send the un-needed parts back to me for a refund. So I'll be out of my sale, and won't have a Godzilla to sell through eBay unless I can get a hold of another tail. If anyone has one to sell to me then I would appreciate it.

Thanks. But yeah, I have a lot of eBay horror stories unfortunately. I've been selling for over a decade on there, and you kinda accumulate these things over time. You can only control so much as a seller.
