I just added up my 2018 purchases. $1,100. Pretty damn modest compared to a lot of people

2018.....25cm '64 Rodan, 30cm Train Bite 7Net version., GMK Gigantic & '62 Gigantic. Considering, I only restarted the hobby in August and my only Xplus was the ghidorah chess piece, its been a hell of a year end wrap up for me.

2019....Only thinking the 25cm '64 ghidorah depending on the price BUT if they do a really nice KOTM Rodan, I won't pass that up.

The X Plus Facebook group has a poll up for 2018 figure of the year. 25cm G65 currently in the lead

T'were I a bookfacer, the 25cm '65 Disenso would get my vote too...

Added in 10 minutes 55 seconds:
Well, the Gigantic '89 Bio-Goji is certainly Gigantical...

... and if you want the RIC, at the time I am making this post, you have just 6 hours left to pre-order one...

Wow the upcoming Gigantic G89 looks fantastic.
It might be my first and only gigantic figure, but the asking price is serious.

In the meantime I received a nice box today :

Comparison with the older 30 cm.

I would give the edge to the new one, slightly better paint app, rounder head and better proportion to the legs and feet.
I also prefer the tail on the new one even with the tail holder (not a fan of those)

With Mothra 64 25cm, since the new 30 cm figure is a bit smaller the scale is a bit better

I also got the cute G84 and G65 around X-mas

Now I'm due for a reorganisation in 2019 and in the next months I will probably sell 5-7 figures.
(G64 30cm, G75 30cm, MG 75 30cm, Kamacuras 25cm, Shin 25cm, Gabara 25cm, Titanosaurus 25cm)

Steph3dfx, please check your inbox, you have a PM.

I have to agree on the FSL '64 vs the OG... the new sculpt and pose does look better... it's a shame the tail stand is so bland... I might have to look for a different solution for mine, when it arrives later this week.

I wonder if I can use the one that comes with the Gigantic GMK...

I got to say, if I were to ever get a Gigantic it would probably be the 1989, but right now I can't afford him. Maybe in the future I'll track him down. Right now I'm eying the Godzilla 1999 Poster Version. It looks very cool to me.
Also I took a picture of my Godzilla 1992 next to the Bandai one.

Got my G89 Sakai closed mouth today. He’s a good figure but the 91 is still tops for me

It's a great one. I think there's still a few around 20,000 yen on Mandarake. I'm going to be on the lookout for the poster version Gamera 1995.

Yuji Sakai Kiryugoji. THE figure I've been waiting for, and there's a high chance I'll be forced to skip it.

2002 is not my favorite suit but it sure looks nice. With the shma and neca figures coming out this year, I have to draw the line somewhere.
