I got them both at thrift stores, so unfortunately I wouldn't be able to point you to somewhere that you could get them. :?

Only marking I found on the foreground one is a sticker on the bottom that says "Blake's Shanty". The background one is a replica of the Tillamook Rock Lighthouse in Oregon, and might have come from a gift shop or something.
