Just pre-ordered the new Monsterarts Kong and also finally pulled the trigger on NECA 62 Godzilla. Been watching the 62 figure for probably 2 years now and since I saw it still in stock at BBTS, I figured I pull the trigger. Was very impressed by NECA's 64, so excited to see how the 62 pans out. Might also be nice to have so I can matchup with the new King Kong

I just bought the Bandai Godzilla 1991 large figure (technically a few days ago). I THINK its the original release, not the supposed reissue from the late 90s. I won't know till I get it tomorrow but the pictures seem to suggest the OG. Also, shoutout to whoever deserves it so that I can buy a giant figure from Osaka and have it show up in Florida three days later. That is insane.

It really is. Even just between the two Kiryu incarnations there's a gap. I'd intended to get the '02 version, but they hardly bothered to paint the thing. '03 at least has some darker grey on the exposed wires and stuff.
