But knowing CA, he would counter it, then you would counter, then blah blah blah. So I was saying before hand. Cuz I know for sure about CA blabbing his fanboy away.

Now here's truth: not everyone is going to like KOM. Heck, everyone just might dislike KOM. I personally find it to be a tad of a guilty pleasure for me and I like it. Artwork, while not the best, I've actually had confidence of drawing monsters now. So rather than hating like most other logical people, I give my thanks to Santos.

Somebody's got a superiority complex, methinks. IF no one on here is interested in listening to two "idiots", then I don't know why anybody is even on a forum; they breed idiocy.

I love how when everybody is just bashing on it, nobody says anything. Everytime I throw in my two cents to counter those sentiments I get the slag-off from all those people.

Have any of you posters who decry me for "arguing" or being a "fanboy" even read my posts? If you did, you'd realize that I only chime in when people post totally unreasonable comments about the comic that are in no way constructive nor enlightening.

I've never called this book the second coming but I see no reason for it to take such a beating around here other than pedantic personal opinions/expectations of what their beloved Godzilla "should" be. Yet I'm the unreasonable fanboy.

You should really look back on yourself. Too much on your brain and giving yourself too much stress with such a silly topic. I suggest just look on back and reflect with yourself for a second.

Also, my question is who are you defending the Big G from? Other fanboys? Dude, arguing with them is like living on the sun; it's not going to work. If they're going to bash the living heck out of KOM, fine. Let them. There are lovers here too. But you can't stop the people who are bashing it right now from, well... Bashing it. I'll repeat: take a good look at yourself CA. Your just about to battle with a brother, I am a liker of KOM. And I don't want greater or lesser evils here. I just want you to realize and repent from your ways before it gets out of hand. And if you decide to rage... We'll take it somewhere else.

I don't know why more of the posters on here don't submit story-treatments/outlines to IDW.

Many of you obviously know how to, and seem to think you can, create the absolute perfect Godzilla comic that will please 100% of the fanbase across the board while making all of the seasoned industry professionals who have actually produced said material look like chumps and noobs.

I mean, if I had that kind of talent and insight into the sales and marketing labyrinth that is the comic book industry I sure as hell wouldn't be sitting in a forum merely talking about what I'd do and whining about how others are "doing it all wrong". I'd pull up my bootstraps and get to work and go make me some of that Mark Millar money, know what I'm sayin'?

Just, when you write your comics, guys, be sure that I like it, okay? I don't care if anybody else likes it or not, alright? This is Godzilla we're talking about and as a fan, my opinion is the only one that really matters, get it?

Joe Quesada and Joseph Loeb. And Mark Millar isn't as good as he once was.

Look those two up and see how they just about ruined perfectly good franchises.

You guys want to argue taste? I've said this before and I'll reiterate; we're talking comics and Godzilla here. There are plenty of places full of very learned people who would laugh in our faces if we tried to talk high-and-mighty about Godzilla. Taste. You don't get to dictate it any more than I do or anybody else does. As they say, the heart wants what the heart wants, and you can't just call bullshit on people for it. If you do, keep in mind how close to the edge of A-hole hypocrisy you're getting there. This is why it's almost never a good idea to create by committee, especially when that committee are fans. So...

Just because you're a fan of a property doesn't mean you have any business deciding the future of your beloved franchise.
