You know, re-work him a bit to match your taste and make him worthy of being an iconic Kaiju.
I don't know, I would have to go back in time and have the episode he premiered in rewritten. Plus, that would mean I'd have to wipe out all of my other top favorites from the show.

Eleking has won awards for WHAT? Godzilla has won awards, but no surprise there. I wasn't aware that Ultraman kaiju had won awards for anything...

Eleking won the Japanese Best Monster Award for Ultraseven.

No time travel is nessesary. Let’s say you made an Ultra series of your own and were given the task of revamping the character. What would you do?

I honestly don't know. My issue isn't with Eleking's design or anything, it was just the episode he was featured in itself.

Eleking is just simply a unique design, it somehow has this special-ness. A black 'n' white electric eel mixed with a snail equipped with limbs and a super long constricting tail featuring a robotic-looking 'mouth' that shoots energy waves. Not to forget his rotating antlers! What's not to love there? ;)

I believe he also ranked high up in some kind of 'most popular' Ultra Monster survey they held a few years back, with Zetton, Gomora & Baltan being the top 3. Eleking was re-envisioned for Ultraman Max in '05 and later ('08...?) even played a heroic role as Gomora's sidekick in the Ultra Galaxy TV series. He also got that EX-powerup transformation which only a handful other strong or memorable Ultra Kaiju like Gomora, Redking, Zetton & Tyrant ever got. You see, somehow Eleking managed to get way up there! :g2k:

My only issue with Eleking is that his roar sounds like a playground roundabout in desperate need of WD-40. Makes my ears bleed.

So... you dislike Ebirah's roar too then, I assume.

I do, but you also hear it less. Or at least I don’t notice it as much.

Eleking has no eyes. It's roar is probably like a bat's radar...

Eleking's roar is literally Kamacuras' roar.
Well, that's certainly a thing.

I believe my last post here was me being upset that belial hasn't gotten a new figure yet. Well, in those months since, not only has he gotten a new figure announced, but my baby boy Black King as well? What a time to be alive!

Only Zero-R/B stuff is being shown at this event. Sorry.

But there's Ginga stuff shown...

That's lame though. Come on Bandai, you were doing so well balancing out old and new and now you've started to shift it over to solely new.
