He has Head articulation. if you look at the photo carefully, you can see the articulation seem, it's at the area where the tan color ends on his neck.

There's a cut joint at the neck, but I wouldn't expect articulation beyond a simple rotation. I thought for a moment that the lower jaw might be movable, but after zooming in close on the head I no longer think so. It might be a separate piece, but it's definitely not movable. Shoulders and hips are all we get for posability.

I'm a novice at these where will these be sold? Is it Japan only? Also, can't seem to find the price or how big this thing will be?

It's 30mm / nearly 12" high, or roughly the size of the NECA 24" HTT figure. I could be mistaken, but I think X-Plus 30mm figures are initially priced around $175.00, with the prices skyrocketing once a figure goes out of production. I've never bought one before, and I can't find anywhere that I can preorder this one at!

Thanks! I will have to save up my pennies until then!

So, this is apparently fan-made, but I didn't know where else to post this.
It's a statue, stated by the owner to be five feet (152.4 cm) tall.

The guy who painted is Hector Arce. Here's another picture of it. He did a fantastic job:

Again, WOW. Did he sculpt this or did he use a toy and then modified it?

Hector just shared in my FB group the finished model. Here's what he said:

"Hey everyone. Here's a look at the final paint job I did for this big guy! I'll have more professional looking pics, including pics of his LED light up spines soon. For now check it out and chime in below! Sculpted by myself and Ernie Galvez in chavant clay. Molded and cast by myself and Ernie galvez. Size: 3.6ft tall or 106.68 cm tall. About 7-8 ft from head to tail."

Here are the final pics. In spoilers because of how big they are:

I dread thinking about how much it would cost, but I dream of how it would look in a collection.
Glorious.
