I actually had one of these from when Godzilla 1998 came out (or it was a few years later; my brother got it in a bargain bin so it was probably on clearance). That being said, it came in a plastic egg and when the water got into it he grew and "hatched" out. He was detailed until I got him wet basically, and then he became a huge fuzzy Godzilla shaped thing. After I let him shrink back down I lost him, only to find him dried up beyond repair years later! He got left in the sunlight it seemed and his leg broke off.

Huh, cool. They're just a bit expensive though, online.

We now know what Minilla looked like when he grew up.
Edit: Also found some new pictures of the box art.
Ugh. Well, now we know why they weren't seen outside Australia...

Pre-orders for the 12-inch Bandai figure are finally here, looks like we'll get it in the Fall. I don't see anything about the Egg figures yet.

Wish we were getting a 12 inch Femuto instead, in all honesty. Still waiting for her to get a vinyl figure...

Tamashii will probably do her before the sequel.

Because they totally already made the Male M.U.T.O, right?

Picture's up

Seems to use the wrong packaging-picture, pretty sure that's the 6-inch version.

Nice tail articulation for a vinyl figure.

I really don't like that he's constantly looking up at the sky if you want him to sit flush with the ground.

Good thing that there are plenty of other G14 figures that are posed looking forward. Yay for variety, this is like a "victory roar" pose.

That 30 dollar price tag is keeping me away. I don't think the other 12" figures were that much upon release, but I could just be remembering discounted prices.

I remember them being $20 when first released... but after a while TRU started selling them for $30-$35.
But we have to remember, the 6.5" figures started off being $9.99, and now they're $12.99-$14.99. These are twice their size, so twice the price isn't too far fetch.
But the $30 price tag is what kept me from ever buying the other 12" figures (well, that and the fact that I could never find any). I'll get this one though.

I love that this figure is roaring up at the sky, NECA can't really pull of that pose, not sure if the SHMA could, and no other pieces really go for it, I thought the 6" vinyl would based on the early shots but it was just how he was angled in the box. I'm really excited about this figure.

That figure in the packaging is still the 6 inch one.
Or was it just the six inch one in package before, no images of the actual figure out of box? I must have missed it.

Whoever sliced together that image for Entertainment Earth sent them a picture of the packaged 6-inch figure, instead of a packaged 12-inch. They've corrected it, but it doesn't include any shot of it in the package now.

This was the picture they had on the listing yesterday https://41.media.tumblr.com/ed3e433a4bb ... o1_500.jpg

lol when I posted my response that was the EXACT image I saw. Such glitches. The new image literally just showed up right for the first time.
I'm so confused.
