Did yours have the battery problem? It seems like recent stocks fixed that little problem.

Oooooh, if he's fixed I might have to pick him up.
I will explain slowly why you are wrong.

Go in with low expectations. I kinda regret buying him. He's low quality.
Yeah actually messed around a little bit with him from a display and have to say its really not that great. Will pick him up just when he's on the clearance bin

I wouldn't pay anything more than $8 for it, even with the cool mini-book. Def not worth the suggested retail price.

Where are people finding the bootleg Jakks figures? Are they the same size as the original?

Seen some pretty awesome Jakks repaints of Ebay. Want an arm and a leg for em though.

I think the brown one is, but the other is several inches smaller. Most of the articulation is gone and I think the tails are remolded to remove the swivel. No idea where people are buying them though, they both seem to come from the same bootleggers in China and I haven't seen them on Ebay yet.

I'm not really interested in getting the Fakks. My Jakks is already hogging up too much room. At least the Novel Style looks like a new figure (mostly).

I'm not sure if this has been mentioned before or not, but there is a very nice Japanese exclusive cup for the new movie. You can check it out here:

The detail is really exquisite. Someone actually dismounted the top and put it over the NECA figure, and it 'sort of' works!

I guess we're sticking with "Fakks Godzilla" then.

There's one on Ebay now - it can be yours for the low price of just $200! Wow! Get it while you can!

Forget the Novel Style - there's a Godzilla that looks like it wants to die.

I'd like to know what it's made of. If it's hard plastic I'll pass, but if it's soft vinyl I want one! No way am I gonna pay 4x-5x the cost of a Jakks to acquire a Fakks, however. If I come across one at G-Fest for under a hundred, and if it's some type of vinyl, I'll probably pick one up.

Went to Target and Meijer over the weekend and saw that all the Godzilla toys were already on clearance. I'm guessing once these are gone they will be gone for good from these stores.

Just....damn. I know that they're considered "movie toys" but I was hoping that they sold well enough to stick around longer.

Am I the only one who feels like there hasn't been a single quality movie-accurate MUTO figure made yet for the male or female? They're always that gross single shade of black. I wouldn't have an issue with them being a single colour if it wasn't for the fact that they aren't even black. They're a fleshy looking grey if anything, but definitely not black.

The wiz kids mini figures are the most accurate Muto figures so far.
