I've still not found that darn Godzilla bank and I've looked at 4 different comic book shops. Grr.
Katatonia, Within Temptation, Klone, Tool, Poets Of The Fall, Lacuna Coil, Flaw, Breaking Benjamin, The Birthday Massacre, My Epic, Autumn, A Perfect Circle, Evanescence, Bush, Silverchair ('94-'01), Evergrey, Metallica, etc.

Been a Minimate collector since they started. Impatiently looking forward to the Godzilla line in winter. I really wish it are sooner and that we'll get many more monsters and in different versions. A Rodan, Anguirus and King Ghidorah are my biggest hopes.

During my trip to NYC this weekend, I saw a few of these at some of the comic shops there.

Thirty-five is much to high of a price for me. I'm going to have to pass on this.

I can't wait to get those Minimates!

I'm hoping we'll get various versions of Godzilla over the years, including some fun glow-in-the-dark and bright green versions. It'll really help to keep him in the picture while still releasing the rest of his friends/foes.

I freaking love those minimates.

Mechagodzilla looks a little weird. Disproportional.

Minimates are up for pre-order at BBTS too. Wish I knew whether they'll be at TRU or not...

MechaG, in real life, WOULD make a good bank... :huge:

I like the way MechaG looks, there's a cartoony feel to it. I'm going to try to get the bust and full body versions. I haven't even pre-ordered KG yet. I was hoping these wouldn't be out til November so I could ask for them for Christmas. Might have to anyway.

I'm not a big minimate fan but gosh darn it I'm buying these. And then I'm going to swap some parts out with my Marvel ones. DR GIGANTOPUS AND IRON MOTHRA.

Yep that's the sound they make when you attach the pieces.
I was kidding anyway.

The MechaG bank bust could be MechaG - after getting his bottom half knocked away...

The following pictures were from the slides how that DST did at their Minimate panel at C2E2 last week.

Their PR guy, a really nice guy named Zach Oat, also mentioned there's be another version of Godzilla in this second set with these three.

Found the full body Godzilla bank today. Honestly, for the price, he's not worth it. If he was $10-$12, maybe, but for anything more than that? No. There was still something attractive about it, though. Decent display piece.

Personally I have no problem with the price. He's a big figure, cool pose. I think the bank is pretty sweet. I think prices on all of this stuff could be lower but for his size and look, I'm not complaining. I went back and forth a little but he ended up coming up with me. lol
