No release dates yet. There's even no prototype of Gan-Q yet. There was only a silhouette by now, which actually says NOTHING about it definitely being made at all.

dogora wrote:also why does zashma sell so cheap when golza so expensive?

1.) Zamsher is a mass produced retail release while Golza is a limited Shop exclusive preorder-only item.
2.) Golza is made of like 3-times as much material as Zamsher. The material used for the figure makes up for a majority of its price.

@RedZillaKing: Well, I can see an ULTRA-ACT Hyper Zetton & Ultraman Saga later this year, too. But I wouldn't count on a Tyrant to be released alongside Taro, whenever he'll be released (at least he will at some point, that's for sure). As cool and awesome Tyrant would be in this line, I could also see Birdon to accompany him, as he's also a quite iconic monster from the Taro series. But... as I know BANDAI, we'll end up getting Yapool instead of both of those... or no monster at all, when considering the monster-percentage among the recent releases...

Are there any Ultra-Act-scale vehicles from the original Ultraman show, like the VTOL?

Not that I've seen... But they might have done something akin to the Toho Machine Chronicles. BTW, http://www.ebay.com/itm/Bandai-2003-Mec ... 1e6afa1a85
The Super X in this set is excellent, as is the maser. It's definitely worth what it's at right now.

I own both that one and the Gashapon one, which is more in scale with SHMonsterArts. I don't know why, I just love the original Super X...perhaps because G85 was the first Godzilla movie I saw in the theater.

The only VTOL in movie/series accurate scale with the 6" figures that I definitely know of, comes with the Ultra City Series 01 box set:

There are most likely movie in scale releases, BANDAI released a hell lot of Ultraman-series-related vehicles in various ways over the years, but I cannot give any precise overview on this topic, as I only collect character figures from this franchise.

Those look cool, but are probably a bit too expensive.

They give me an idea, though--I'm surprised a company hasn't tried making, say, super-detailed Lego-style stackable toy blocks so fans like can build "cities" to display our figures. The ones in that pic are a bit less detailed than I'm thinking, but still, a neat idea.

I picked up an Ultraman VTOL at the local comic shop a while ago, but it's way out of scale with anything Bandai's put out. Little shorter than my Tiga figure is tall.
Maybe one of the Banpresto figures would work.
The Lego cities are also a pretty need idea. Hell, you could just use normal Legos you got lying around. If you don't there's plenty of sets out there. Wouldn't be too much more than importing the city sets by Bandai.

I've been thinking of picking up Ultra-act Glenfire. I wonder where I can get one for a decent price.
They sold Ultra-acts at this store by my house, but I think someone snagged it already because there's only Zero, Zero's super form, Jean-bot, and Mirror Knight.

I know I'm beating a dead horse posting this again, but I kinda like Gomora. Should I buy it or no? Save the money and buy another figure?

One more vote for Gomora. One of the best articulated Kaiju figures you can get, IMO.

He's awesome. My only complaint is that mine has a loose leg joint, but I suppose I could just take the initiative to put some nail polish on the ball of it. Everything else about it is stellar.

Re-emphasizing what I said to the last person who asked. lol

It really has a great sculpt and paint job. Expensive, though.

Aside form the rest of the sh monsterarts figures, I would like to get my hands on some Ultra-Act figures especially Gomora, & Eleking. I wonder if they'll do an Ex-Gomora.

I saw pics of a Gridman and Nexus yesterday. Definitely tempted by both of those!
