You need to watch some of the shows, though, GreenAiden. Try watching a few episodes of Ultraman Max--you can see Eleking and a lot of other classic monsters there, and the production values are very high, featuring well-known tokusatsu effects artists and directors. Shusuke Kaneko directed the Eleking episode. :]

Off-topic, but is that a Kamen Rider figure? I'm not familiar with the show (read: completely clueless) but that guy looks cool.

Cool. :D

Is that like a Kamen Rider-Act figure or something?

Kamen Rider Figuarts. Pretty much the same concept. I imported that one for somebody and took some shots of him getting his shit rocked by Ultra characters before I mailed it out. xD With permission of course.

Deep in his heart of hearts, Dan Moroboshi has always wanted to be an intergalactic hard-boiled private eye.

"Even in the Land of Light, there's always a dark alley hiding secrets..."

Holy shit, that would be an awesome show. 8-)

..and into my office walks the curviest dame I ever seen. Seriously. She was a Metron... pretty much all curve.

I jope UA does more than one major kaiju per year. If not though let 2013 be the year of Tyrant.

This.

However, referring to your question in the MonsterArts forum: yes, I've seen him (Red King) and he's 100% awesome, BUT... missing his cool Ultra Galaxy fire-fists and his rock-beam from Ultraman Max. Other than these wasted opportunitie it's perfect imho.

Red King looks fantastic. And the rock it comes with looks better than YMSF's.

Blasphemy! You KNOW Y-MSF's rocks are unparalleled!

@Pete-he is more accessory laden than I expected. Two extra hands, a rock, and a burst like he kicked a hill. Yeah though... The rock blast and fire fists would've been nice. It's between Red and Gigabrain Ghidorah for figure of the year in my eyes. SHM Ghidorah might take it too. It comes down to how the production pieces turn out.

Ultraseven as a private eye would have me throwing money at my screen so hard it isn't even funny.

Also Max is going to come with his slugger/Maximum Sword (never heard that one before)
Amiami's page has it listed under Set Contents. Wonder what it'll look like.

Anyone know how soon Zoffy is due to be released? I've got mine ordered through BBTS, so it'll be a few extra weeks for me anyway. Just wondering.

From what I've heard, he's pretty awesome. Personally, there's a few Ultra-Acts I'd like before I get him, but he can't be too bad.
