I'll definitely pick up a Revoltech T-Rex if I see one.

I do not expect this guy to last very long at G Fest.

G-Fest sounds sweet, though I would probably spend more time conversing with fellow kaiju fans than buying stuff. Still, seeing that many toys in one room must be heavenly.

^ Holy Crap!

Anyways, though I'm not attending G-Fest this year, I'm still gonna obtain a piece of it. I've been communicating back and forth with Tyler Sowles, aka theKillustrator from DeviantArt. He's selling some prints of his artwork at G-Fest this year, and having told him that I'll be unable to make it, he stated that he could easily ship a print out to me. So ultimately I am intending on buying two of his 11x15 prints. One's of Godzilla fighting Kamacuras, and the other is of Mecha-King Ghidorah. You must check out his work, it's fantastic!

Atelier G-1 made Daigoro and Goliath. I do have a tagged Gomess. I doubt he will last long. I have about 100 Ultra Figures. MOST I am asking only $15 for. Someone already told me that he is buying almost everything in that one box.
I really hope someone has some Vintage for sale.

I also have some posters and lobby cards. All original.

Brought home a pretty sizable haul this year, including a sweet, absolutely massive Banpresto Gomora courtesy of Planetxman. :huge:

You can look forward to pics of the rest in the "What toy did you just buy" thread whenever I have the energy to deal with it. Right now, I'm recovering from my 800 mile return drive. X_X

I wanted this toy for a long time. Last year it went quickly. This year as soon as I saw it, I gave the seller a deposit and paid him when I had enough sales money. I could not leave without this !

I love that Gorosaurus. Even if I dumped the X-Plus figures I own this would be the one I'd hang on to.

This is such a rare figure. Even when they were first coming out in 1994, it was hard to find one with the antennae intact. So brittle. I rarely ever see them perfect condition with the tag.
My friend had one on his table at G Fest and did not sell it until the very end. And even then, he basically cut his price in half. I was shocked that it did not sell quickly. I am not sure if it is in demand or not, but it certainly is very rare.

Nice Moguera. I actually saw a few pop up on Ebay relatively cheap earlier this summer but they were all missing antennaes. I got tired of waiting to find a good one so I bought the Revoltech model.

One thing at G Fest that is almost like a phenomenon is the spinning on the arms. What do I mean? Kids constantly pick up a figure and spin the arms. It must happen 100 times a day. I noticed this years ago. Even some adults do it.
At the show I keep the inexpensive items up front. The bigger ticket items are behind my table on the back racks. My friend Billy had a tagged Titanosaurus on his table and the kids kept playing with it. I told him to put it on the back display which he did. But somehow it moved back on the table later Sunday. What happened ? Immeditaely some kid picks it up and was really going to town spinning the arms. I told Billy and he had to ask the kid to stop.
Late Sunday some kid ( I know he had no $ ) asked about my Gorosaurus with tag on my back table. He asked if he could see it and against my better judgement I let him hold it. What does he do ? He starts spinning the arms. I told him to stop and put I back on the rack.

Spinning the arms eh?

It must be irritating handling issues like that as a dealer! I can only imagine. If I were a dealer, I'd want my products to be in tip top condition or close to it when I'm selling and have people handle them only to inspect rather than play... unless they buy it. I always dread seeing ripped open boxes in the Transformers section at K-Mart just because kids wanted to play with them.

I as a collector NEVER allow small kids (under the age of 12 at least) to handle my figures. Heck, I got mad at my nephew a few years ago because he was ramming one of my eight inch figures with some of his other toys. I know that he is a kid and was just playing with his toys, but it was my Bandai 8" Godzilla 1995! Since then his father, my older cousin, made sure to keep him away from my Godzilla figures or, "Uncle Arlo will get mad at you again!"

I only let people who are able to respect my boundaries and understand that this figures are not mean't to be played with handle my figures. Usually teenagers and adults.
