Even TK's main site has virtually no information on the game.
I used to be a lot more optimistic and outgoing, believe it or not. I used to actually be passionate about this stuff.

If I remember correctly..In this game you play as the military and your sole purpose is to drive away or defeat any kaiju threat within the game.

Looks a lot like Godzilla 2: War of the Monsters

Sprites were nice. Wish we could see more. And boring, I think because is so slow. If this thing was on PSN, XBL, or the Nintendo Channel, I would pick it up.

That video's description was not excactly a positive endoresment for this game. I think I'lll pass. Though a military vs. Kaiju game has always interested me.

Its not very fun. If you aren't fluent in Japanese, the game is going to be near impossible to enjoy too as you have to do menu commands on the fly since the game is a real time strategy game.

If you want this genre of game, I would suggest the Game Gear one. Its not as nice looking in terms of graphics, but its much more fun to play and the turn based aspect lets people not fluent in Japanese to more easily deduce the menu selections.
If it bites... don't mess with it!

It's pretty much the same concept, but with nicer graphics. But from what I've heard from those who have played it, the game sucks because they are not sure of what to do since it's in Japanese.

A friend of mine got this years ago along with a Saturn convertor so he could play it. The idea was cool, but the game play as I recall was quite boring. Not to mention that since he made it to the end, his after market memory card would never save anything. I remember him saying the level with Hedorah was the Hardest (IIRC multiple Hedorah's show up and all combine or something like that??) If you put the game disc in any CD player, you can get the music from the game which lifts soundtracks from the acutal movies 8-) . It would be nice to have a website with some screen shots from the game with all the different monsters as this seemed to cover the entire Showa & Heisei era quite nicely in chronological order.
To all you dub preservationists, my friends, you have my eternal thanks 8-) . Never stop what you do, you are amazing!

I think I actually played this awhile back. I recall it being annoying difficult when it came to the battling. Then again maybe I'm mixing it up with another game..
