It's IMO an exceptionally difficult game to jump into unprepared - right up there with Sega Saturn's Godzilla: Archipelago Shock - because much of the game is text-based.

That said, once you know what to do, it's a tremendously replayable game due to the variety of monsters.

it's pretty cool. I would love to see a fan remake.

I would love to see a fan translation. There is a lot of text. But it's cool to collect monsters and send them into battle.
