I have never played the XBOX version of DAMM but here are my picks for that game: Godzilla 2,000 and orga.
STE: Godzilla 2,000, Jet Jaguar and Orga.
GU: Godzilla 2,000, Jet Jaguar, Biollante, Orga and Krystalak.

I never really played the games enough to develop a preference for any of the kaiju, but in Unleashed I slightly favored Gigan I think.
