Meh, there needs to be times where monsters like Destroyah or Zilla need to release their sexual tension. I feel as though as they could loosen up with mating, and I could imagine kaiju like King Ghidorah and Gigan going at it when they aren't attacking the Earth.

Creatures of the same gender can boink for fun as well. It's been observed in nature, though I get the sense it's more of a friends with benefits situation. Or by themselves, with a lot of imagination.

Though I get the feeling the three Kaiju you mentioned, being evil and all, would release their tension in a partner whose not consenting...

I would imagine a creature standing roughly around the same height as KG, with KG's outer heads while his middle head looks more like Gigan's but with draconic features. His tails would have tri-hooks on the tips, he would have a buzzsaw on his chest, and he would have sharper, curved blades on the sides of his chest. His wings would also be smaller versions of KG's wings.

I could imagine several hybrid kaiju born by crossbreeding amongst kaiju.
