I think Bagan would be the creature conceived for the first script of
The Return of Godzilla. It's hard to put such a Heisei-esque monster into a Showa frame.

Bagan would probably have been depicted as some sort of mythical creature. Besides being a biped, how it could have looked is anyones guess.

I visualize a creature that is agile like King Caesar was, but had a frame much like Monster X in Final Wars. Keep in mind this is the Showa age so the suit would be significantly less realistic than the one Monster X boasted.

Showa Bagan= Totem Pole
Heisei Bagan= the greatest most over rated, you either love him or you hate and you want him in a movie but you know it will never happen but if it did finally happen it probably wouldn't live up to the hype.

Seeing as how Bagan had like a bajillion different conceptual designs, he could have looked like anything.
