Sure, why not. As long as it works for the story. Something a long the lines of the Trendmasters design would be fine by me. It would be interesting to see what they would have to come up with to explain an organic buzzsaw.

If Gigan were a comic book superhero, he'd have gotten an origin film explaining how he got the metal appendages and the buzz saw.

And he would have been played by Hugh Jackman.

I imagine Gigan originally looked like King Ghidorah, except a giant dinosaur chicken that stands upright.

Basically, he could’ve been from the same place Ghidorah originated from.

I'm quite surprised that few people here want to see a pure organic Gigan. I kind of thought that it would be a bit more even here.

Organic or not, Gigan's always gonna look weird as hell so an organic version might even be stranger.

That one I actually find more believable, maybe the formation of the eight eyes was why the alien roaches made the visor.

According to supplemental books, the visor acts as night-vision or heat-vision goggles for him. Guess whatever Gigan is, he's not a nocturnal animal.

I often wonder if he was semi-aquatic, because of the back fins that kinda resemble the ones Titanosaurus has.
