Has there ever been a "Trample' scene in the series?

For discussions covering more than one Toho film or show that span across more than one “era.”

Oh yeah...with the crowds running away from Godzilla
after he's awakened by the radioactive lightning right?

Technically the mechanical foot was never seen in Godzilla 1985. New World cut all those shots.

I can’t quite recall how the Titanosaurus trample scene plays in the Japanese version but in the international version the kids scream “Godzilla!” right before they’re stomped (or not). The theatrical American release cuts Titanosaurus’ pursuit and foot hovering over the children but they still scream “Godzilla!” thanks to the magic of halfassed editing.

The only other stomp scene I can think of off the top of my head is in Godzilla vs King Ghidorah with Godzillasaurus stomping a few American soldiers on Lagos. Come to think of it though he may not stomp any, although I know he crushes a few with his tail but I think there’s a shot of his foot coming down.

Yup. That's why I said The Return of Godzilla; it's still in the Japanese cuts. I don't know why the person who posted it tagged it as '85.

Yeah, the name of the video was why I mentioned it.

I’m half-certain this thread is meant to satisfy a fetish based on terminology

I am so glad I wasn't the only person to come to that realization.
