Can’t believe he hasn’t come up yet, but the Saradian agent from Godzilla vs. Biollante. Dude’s a badass.

I'm gonna echo several other people here and say Katagiri is just an absolute treat to watch. Definitely one of my favourites.
Just some nerd with a silly fascination for giant robots.
