Out of all these, I think Biollante, Battra and Destoroyah have the best chance of returning. With Toho doing a multiverse, it's almost certainty some of them will. Of course, I'm sure will get the big 5 first. I think Space Godzilla has a fair shot as well if for no other reason than he's pretty popular kaiju. Like Hedorah, I believe he deserves a better film.

Also, Fire Rodan could also make a return if Rodan gets ahold of some nuclear waste. The Monsterverse has loads of potential for older monsters and their forms coming back.
