I'm not sure I'd put KK vs G on the list, but the others are quite good. I'd probably replace 3 with G vs Biollante or M vs g.

Ive seen a few recent "Best Godzilla film" rankings that don't include Mothra vs Godzilla which is extremely odd for how iconic it is. A lot of list like this will include G14 simply because "non cheesy big budget Hollywood movie with fancy special effects automatically makes it better".
I'm not here to tell anyone what they can and can't like, but I feel like presenting a list in which Godzilla '14 is included over Mothra vs. Godzilla in the same article where you're touting your credentials for critiquing movies is like showing up drunk to AA.
