Kaijulympics

Now the human Olympics have ended, let's consider the kaijulympics. A game of giants.....because the athletes are literally giant monsters.

I've thought of a few events, but feel free to add any you think should be covered. Just be certain its a feat that can be done or has been done by two or more kaiju. Nominate any Toho kaiju, and the base their skill on on screen fights and feats.

Rock throw
This contest is based on distance and accuracy. The farther and more accurate a rock throw, the better.

Strength
This will be judged on feats of physical prowess, from throwing a large kaiju around to other deeds of physical stature.

Tail strike
Just like hands and feet, tails can make a pretty good weapon. Judging will be based on the amount of damage done to man made structures and/or other kaiju.

Swimming
The fastest, most agile, and best swimmer.

Flying
The fastest and most agile in the air.


Digging
The best and fastest at moving through rock and soil.

City destruction
This category if divided into two events. The first is physical destruction. The most damage that can be done with hands, feet, tail, etc.
The second event deals with special weapons. What beam, fire ball, and so on do the most damage.

Rock throwing:
- Godzilla(Showa)
Godzilla will use every available means to defeat a foe, including throwing stones. However, he's not always accurate, and kicking stones can cause them to fly every which direction.

-King Kong
Kong can hurl stones with both distance and accuracy. In KKE, he nailed the Sea Snake on the head from shore. He also threw boulders uphill that struck Godzilla right in the chest.

-Frankenstein
Toho's version of this monster used this technique frequently in his fight with Baragon. However, his throws lacked distance. They were accurate on target, but close up.


Flying
- Rodan (Showa)
Rodan is a master aeronaut. He may not be the fastest, but he can manuever with great skill at high speed doing loops, dives, and even a 180 turn allowing him to ram an enemy.

- Megaguirus
Meg is included because of speed. Meg can move at blinding speeds, flying circles around other aerial kaiju. However, she doesn't show much in the way of manueverability.

- Mothra( ROM trilogy)
This incarnation of Mothra shows good flying skills. Leo and other forms show both speed and some manueverability in the air.

[JAGzilla]

Off the top of my head, Legendary Godzilla is the only kaiju to ever kill another kaiju with his tail, so he pretty handily takes Gold in the Tail Strike competition.

[Kaeyas]

Showa King Ghidorah and Gigan along with Space Godzilla are all capable of space travel so that might be a good race/event.

[Zarm]

The lightning catch: kaiju line up to get struck.by lightning. Best powerup/most empowered takes the gold. This field is a lot more competitive this year, as 6-time gold medalist Showa Godzilla announced his retirement, and in training, his chosen successor Kiryu-Goji has only shown the ability to have a sweet title-intro shot. While Kong is the analyst-favorite, 84-Goji is being watched by many as an up-and-comer, if he can make it past this radiation-doping scandle.

For city destruction ( special weapons), Showa MG shows some real talent. His arsenal can do a load of damage, and do it while standing in one place. However, Shin Godzilla can also do an unthinkable amount of destruction while not moving. When you can shoot beams from every part of your body, you don't have to really go anywhere to destroy everything around you.
