A couple Black Sabbath songs would fit Godzilla pretty good, I had one in mind but it's escaped my vault.

I actually have three songs that work for the main theme for Godzilla. Two are instrumentals, Godzilla's Rage from GMK and the Godzilla vs Kumacuras and Kumonga theme from Final Wars. The third is one with words (sorry for going against what was asked), Bow Down to The King. The third isn't original, I know, but quite frankly there isn't a more fitting song in my mind.
