I like Godzilla's Revenge more than either Monsterverse Godzilla movie.

I might be with you there. I dunno, I've never been able to pin down exactly how much I like G'14, but... I might be with you there.
Tokyo, a smoldering memorial to the unknown, an unknown which at this very moment still prevails and could at any time lash out with its terrible destruction anywhere else in the world.

I think G14 is a good movie but it’s not one I have much interest revisiting.

I probably agree. I feel like Godzilla's Revenge is a much easier film to just put on because of how significantly shorter it is. But also there's more charm and character between Minya and Ichiro than Brody or anything.

Yeah, if nothing else Revenge - thanks in part to recycling great bits from previous entries - is an extremely watchable movie.

Final Wars' main theme music was a good send off theme for the character.

Which main theme? Beginning of the End, End Credits theme, or the unused Emerson Ifukube Godzilla theme?

I don't know how unpopular this is, but if the World of Godzilla goes the "no other film exist but 54!" route,i want Godzilla to be the 54 Godzilla. He comes back fully regenerated and with a vengeance. Keep things from the original suit for his design like the brown skin instead of gray, the original roar (duh!) and maybe color his atomic breath white (was the original atomic breath white? I can't remember.) Also keep him at 50 meters.

A guy who randomly stumbled upon this place one day, invested much too much time into it, and now appears to be stuck here for all eternity..and strangely enough, i do not regret it!

His breath was orange on the japanese poster:

I wouldn't say it's trash myself but I would say it's vastly overrated by a majority of the fandom. It's pretty wonky on its symbolic elements and the balance it tries to maintain with a traditional late 60's/early 70's Godzilla story and a more avant-garde approach makes it feel pretty unfocused at times.

I don't think it does try to maintain a balance. It's a movie that functions on stark juxtaposition.

Too be fair the movie was in black and white, no one probably put much thought in what color his breath was at the time till they got to Godzilla vs Kong.

Right, it was probably the artist's interpretation, not a reflection of the filmmakers' intent. Also, artists continued to color Godzilla's heat ray orange on posters and in promotional art, even after the films had established it as blue/white, so colors on posters don't really matter a whole lot compared to what's actually in the film.
