I think the Heisei dubs are pretty cringey, especially the Godzilla & Mothra dub, yuck!
Also, the Space Amoeba dub is awfully cringey too

Also, I find anytime someone discusses Godzilla as a character, and constantly refers to him as "The King" to be pretty cringey...

I feel like cringing every time somebody ostracizes the Heisei series for its overabundance of beam-battles, or not being smart enough to figure out that Godzilla was never really erased from history as a result of time-travel.

Seriously, I would not be surprised if there's any of you out there who actually celebrated the death of Koichi Kawakita.

-Ghidorah the Three Headed Monster's grand puppet duel that took up 90% of the Godzilla vs Rodan fight... ugh.
-King Kong's suits. Both of them.

-When the top half of the Gezora suit just about falls off
-The entirety of Godzilla's Revenge
-The little doll people during Gigan's rampage
-The flying Ghidorah model from GvG
-The "talking" Godzilla and Anguirus
-A lot of Godzilla vs Megalon, but it's sorta endearing...
-The Anguirus tail slam in GvMG, where you can see the strings as clear as day
-The overly long King Caesar song
-The aliens needing a human to rebuild THEIR robot
-Some of the matt effects in ToMG that makes it look like the monsters are waist deep in the ground. And a thousand meters tall.
-Titano's anti-gravity super kick!

I cringe when some fans don't count the two American films in the tally, and say there's just 28 Godzilla films. It's fine to qualify your count by saying there's 28 Toho films and 2 American films, but there's still 30 Godzilla films. There's no way around it. Their criteria seems to be that it has to be made by Toho and feature a guy in a suit to "count." However, Toho owns both American films, and their next film appears to phase out the suit altogether (while still using some practical effects) so what's your point?

This always got me. Those scenes were just jarring.

I have tried watching it time and time again (Both Eng & Jap), but my hatred for that movie never wanes. The only thing's I enjoy about it are Hedorah it'self and The Flying Scene.
