What scenes best portray Godzilla's size?

For discussions covering more than one Toho film or show that span across more than one “era.”

In Godzilla Vs Mechagodzilla (1993) when Godzilla passes by Kiyomizudera.

Also in the 2014 film when Godzilla's leg comes into view through the huge airport windows during his big reveal-even his leg dwarfs everything.

His cameo in "Always: Sunset on Third Street 2" was also a great example.

I always felt the scene in Terror of Mechagodzilla where Godzilla and Titanosaurus are squaring off for the first time was a good one. The way the camera pans around them coupled with the dark environment really made them feel massive.

No love for Godzilla 2000? The shot of a silhouetted Godzilla stomping through the countryside in the background in an early scene is one of the most effective scale shots I can think of in the series. The excellent miniatures and lighting help in the battle against Orga as well.

Well, considering the ridiculous thickness of his lower legs compared to his toes...

Out of proportions? Yes, probably. But it doesn't take anything away from a great portrayal of Godzilla's size in this particular scene.

The hangers for Mechagodzilla, MOGUERA and Kiryu. The walkways, frames to hold up the massive machines and giant torches on machine arms give off a sense of a massive factory/repair shop made for massive weapons.
