Either Little Godzilla or Baragon. Little Godzilla is more like "Awwww" cute, but Baragon just has this quality where he tries to be menacing, but his big eyes don't make him as frightening and his adorable ears flop around.

Godzilla from Godzilla The Series. There were moments when he made me think of a giant dog. Ssshhh. He's sleeping.

All versions of Mothra. The larvae are so endearing because of their beady eyes, innocent faces, creepy crawly movement, and unflinching persistence. And the adults have those huge eyes, fuzzy bodies, and overall grace to back them up.

Any of you guys see the Pacific Rim baby kaiju? This is cutest kaiju in general, so I don't see how non-Toho Kaiju could be in this thread???

Because I don't know how to link to images without spoiling things for people who are looking forward to Pacific Rim!

That thing looks like it's going to sneak into my room tonight and eat my soul. Of course I think he's cute.
EDIT: The only two kaiju I think are really cute are Little Godzilla and Baragon.

Took care of that Pacific Rim image, guys. Sorry I didn't notice it earlier. Chingzilla, use your head next time, huh? Some people actually don't go looking for every little thing about a movie so they can be surprised when they see the actual film.

And as far as the topic goes, I'm surprised nobody's mentioned Fairy Mothra or GaruGaru. Or do they not count as kaiju, since they're tiny little fairy things?
