Turn Jet Jaguar into a Mecha?

For discussions covering more than one Toho film or show that span across more than one “era.”

Except Jet was conceived and created before Zone Fighter IIRC.

Jet kinda gives me a Mazinger Z vibe on his face.

Tadaaaa, Jet Jaguar

Dx

Have you seen any Kyodai heroes besides Zone Fighter, Ultraman and Jet Jaguar?

Saying that Jet Jaguar is an Ultraman ripoff is like saying any zombie movies in the past 30 years are ripoffs of NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD or DAWN OF THE DEAD.

And your point is? I know

Kyodai heroes were popular at the time, and the person drew a Kyodai type hero? Which pretty much resembles Ultraman and such and such.

I very much consider TFA to be half-assed. What a generic film which only fed on nostalgia, it brought nothing new to the table.

That's not true. C3PO had a red arm.

^Still doesn't exactly make it a ripoff.

If you think Jet's a big Ultra ripoff, I wonder what you'd think of Iron King...

Or they could combine Ant-man and Iron Man by having a guy in a Mecha suit that can give him the ability to change sizes and do everything JJ can do :D
