I love Mechagodzilla's missile taunt.

Megalon and Gigan's claw-clashing are pretty cool.

I don't know if it's a taunt, but the one I always think of is Godzilla jumping up and down at Ghidorah on the Planet X

I always loved Megalon's laugh when taunting Jet Jaguar.

I like it when Rodan laughs at Godzilla in G3HM. Then Rodan gets a taste of silk.

My favorite is Gigan's premature "endzone" dance after King Ghidorah blasts Godzilla and Anguirus with a gravity beam.

I liked when Godzilla emerged from the ground in Terror of Mechagodzilla and hist MechaG with his breath. After that, he brushes the dirt off his shoulder. He was Jay-Z before Jay-Z was Jay-Z.
