I would expect the common answer to be Heisei Godzilla, but the beam that leaves an impression on me is GMK's beam. When it goes boom, it goes BOOM.

Toho mainly, but you can throw in some others if you would like.

The strongest overall beam. That includes: Heat, force, explosive power, and damage dealing. Sorry for not including that .

I guess probably SMG's Plasma Grenade, Heisei Godzilla's Spiral Beam, Grand King Ghidorah's Super Gravity Beams, and others I may be forgetting.
My most wanted fight ever is Discord vs Bobobo-bo bo-bobo.
Godzilla has a regen like Wolverine, a skin like Luke Cage, a hero aura like Captain America, a strength like Hulk, an unstoppability like Juggernaut, an immortality like Deadpool.

There's a 'God' in Godzilla for a reason...

FW Godzilla's Hyper Spiral Ray is the strongest beam by a very large margin. Nothing else comes close to rivaling its power.

Except Minya's smoke rings. That's about it.

I think Godzilla's red spiral atomic breath is the most powerful. It was devastatingly effective against Super MechaGodzilla, SpaceGodzilla, and Kieser Ghidorah. Three of his strongest opponents taken out by that attack. Destroyer was able to stand up to it, but he's a total badass.

I say Arch Belial's beam. THAT thing was strong.

For Toho, I would say the meltdown super spiral ray for heat, explosive, and damage dealing, although the FW spiral ray has tremendous force as well, and can leave an opponent floating in space if the angle is right.

I think Kiryu's AZC also deserves a mention as well.

The beam that GMK Godzilla used to kill GMK Ghidorah seems to have been the strongest.

The Absolute Zero Cannon. Its a one-hit kill to anything it lands a direct hit on, as that's how absolute zero works.

Naturally, the Hyper Spiral Ray, Mana Beam, and Desugoji's ray-of-kill-everythingare close contenders.
It is a simple story. There is nothing that brings me happiness. Be it believing in others or them believe in me, it did not matter.
What others called happiness simply did not bring me joy.

The laser beams in G84, soo powerful they cut right through him. (That's sarcasm by the way)
But seriously, the Mana Beam. I have never seen such a weapon that causes so much damage.
But Burning G gets second for sheer badassery and strength.

Arch Belial's beam. Final War's Send-You-Into-Space-Ray has nothing on that baby.

Sadly, I haven't seen newer Ultraman content, so I cannot comment. However, I have seen Toho's content. For me, the big three would be:

Kiryu's AZC: If it truely is absolute zero, then it can literally freeze all matter and stop anything.

Gamera's Mana Beam: A powerful beam indeed.

Keizer Godzilla's Space Puncher: Any beam that can travel thousands of miles is just absolutely insane in power and simply cannot be matched.

That's the Japanese name for the '95 suit.

Not counting Ultraman stuff because their strongest beams are in another league already.

The subtitles claim it causes destruction at a molecular level soo...

Yeah the AZC would definetly be on my list, followed by the Mana Beam, Godzilla '95 spiral beam and Keizer Godzilla's beam.

Dammit forgot about Kiryu's AZC, it's tied with Gamera's Mana Beam for me.
