King Ghidorah is literally insane. He enjoys seeing the inhabitants of the planets he destroys running, screaming, and begging for mercy. He adores seeing worlds burn, and he loves it even more when it's done by him. Think of it like this: destroying planets is like his drug, he just can't get enough he craves it, he needs it really in some twisted, sadistic way. King Ghidorah has been around for millenia, and when your in the empty depths of space where you can't even hear yourself, you loose your mind and become batshit crazy. The reasons why I think he destroys planets is 1. He can't get enough of it and he's addicted to it, and 2. He has nothing better to do. Hope this answers your question .

I'd have to say Destroyah. King Ghidorah is just too insane for his safety, but Destroyah's a big bad meanie. He'd love nothing more than to tear out your intestines and feed them to you. King Ghidorah doesn't even know where he's supposed to aim, but Destroyah could get you before you know it. So Destroyah may be the more evil monster.

In most philosophies, 'chaos' & 'destruction' go hand-in-hand with evil, as 'order' & 'creation' are to good. A serial killer, like Ted Bundy, is technically insane, but there is no denying that his acts are evil. So, 'insane' CAN be evil - tho' not always, of course. So King Ghidorah is DEFINITELY evil. Godzilla destroys, but is not evil - he basically stomps whatever's in his way, & if left alone, is content to snooze on the ocean floor. He becomes fixated only on something he perceives as a THREAT.

MechaG is a machine - machines in & of themselves are not evil, any more than a gun is evil.

Gigan is mean & nasty, but too cowardly to be really evil.

Hedorah's behavior seems more erratic than evil. Big G simply perceived it as a threat, & took action.

Destroyah COULD be considered evil, but does not have KG's pedigree.

Attacking children is evil if a human being attacks a human baby, and it could be stretched replacing "human" with "sentient and capable of moral thought", a predator eating a baby animal of another species is just picking up a lunch without the annoyance of dangerous horns, claws and all that. Not to mention Destoroyah used to disassemble himself in hordes of Aggregates, for what we know he could have seen Junior as a disembodied piece of Godzilla.

Hmmm.

Destoroyah is more of an intelligent predator who knew how to push buttons. Sort of a 'poke and stab' type enemy.

SpaceGodzilla was more calm and calculating. I saw him as sort of a powerhouse like the Death Star, something really powerful that had a weakness that could be easily exploited.

This is going to sound cliche - if I already don't - but Ghidorah is sort of the Joker to Godzilla's Batman. He represents everything Godzilla doesn't. He's just pure insanity and I don't think he cares about anything other than his own preservation.
