I don't know if anyone agrees but Troy Baker as Godzilla, he is just one of my favorite voice actors and I think his voice fits Godzilla pretty well. I also think he could be Ghidorah, using his Joker voice.

Hedorah - Tim Curry. Because you know you want to hear Tim Curry singing another pollution-based song like he did in Ferngully. :p
Mechagodzilla - Either make Godzilla's voice actor robotic-like or get Peter Cullen to do it.
Mothra - Tabitha St. Germain, because a hammy Mothra would be glorious.
Destoroyah - Mr. T. Because why not? :p
Gigan - The Rock. Seriously, imagine the potential of having Gigan spit phrases like "candyass" or "The People's Buzzsaw" about. Put The Rock against Tabitha in a hamfest and the universe might implode. XD
Gorosaurus - Hoak Hoagan/Hulk Hogan. Seriously, if we got to hear Gorosaurus' lines coming from the way Hulk Hogan was in his heyday, my day would be made.
Zilla - Matthew Broderick. Hey, he was in Zilla's debut film.... :p
