For a pamphlet, this publication is surprisingly in depth on the movie, covering both aspects of the story and the film's production. These include: a detailed look at the Gunhed mech, a schematic of the Kyron 5 facility, a look behind the scenes at the special effects, a lyric transcript of the song "Time" and a very interesting eight page story synopsis that takes its approach by focusing on the many floors of the Kyron complex. The pamphlet also includes detailed biographies on director Masato Harada, special effects director Koichi Kawakita and the movie's lead stars: Masahiro Takashima and Brenda Bakke. In terms of images, the book is packed with a lot of beautiful production stills, almost all of which are in color, while the publication also has several giant displays of the stills through out. - Anthony Romero
