Description

Draped in a glimmering chain mail, the Kilaakian were the ruthless inhabitants of a small planet located between Mars and Jupiter. In the year 1999, these abhorrent beings arrived on Earth with only one goal in mind: domination! Like the Xiliens who had attempted to conquer the world so many years ago, the Kilaak's weapons of choice were the monstrous mutations that inhabited the planet. The villainous extra terrestrials seized control of Monster Land on Ogasawara Island, and every behemothic beast from Godzilla to Gorosaurus was ordered to attack each major metropolis in every major nation. As the world was distracted by the increasing severity of the horrible global assault, the cunning Kilaakian secretly moved their base to Mt. Fuji. Shortly following the annihilation of Tokyo's urban sprawls, a full military offensive was sent to the Mt. Fuji, but the Kilaakian released Godzilla, Anguirus and Rodan in retaliation.

Though the battle was lost, the tide of war was shifting. Scientists reoccupied Monster Land, and the new personnel used the facility to study the mind-controlling signals. It was discovered that the radio waves were emanating from a remote region of the moon, in the Cassini Crater in the Alpine Valley. The Moonlight SY-3, an advanced interlunar vessel, was dispatched to destroy the moon base and its transmitter. The mission was a success!

The Earth monsters were quickly placed under the control of humans, and they were ordered to destroy the Kilaak's base at Mt. Fuji. However, the crafty Kilaakian had one final trick up their sleeve: King Ghidorah! The golden, three-headed hydra was unleashed on the world's protectors, but the glimmering dragon was overwhelmed and murdered. Though the once king of terror was savagely slaughtered, the war was not yet won. The Kilaakians unleashed their "Fire Dragon" on the world, and it severed the mind control device on Ogasawara Island. Nevertheless, Godzilla destroyed the Kilaak's base, and the once powerful and pompous civilization was finally defeated. Meanwhile, the Moonlight SY-3 destroyed the "Fire Dragon", which was revealed to be a special Kilaak UFO. Its destruction marked the end of the Kilaak threat, and the world was safe once more.

Description

Temperatures that would scorch a human being were actually pleasant and mild to the exotic extra terrestrial race known as the Kilaakian. As this alien civilization attempted to conquer the planet with the Earth's own monsters, their moon base was eventually decimated. The extreme heat of their conditioned environment gave way to the extreme cold as their facility was annihilated, and the once elegant humanoids became metallic slugs. In this primitive state, they could live in hibernation almost indefinitely, and it was only in this state that they could survive temperatures lower than forty-five degrees Celsius.

With the destruction of the moon base, scientists seized control of the Earth's monsters and ordered them to attack Mt. Fuji, where they fought and defeated King Ghidorah. Godzilla annihilated the Kilaak's stronghold at the base of the volcano, and temperatures that seemed so mild to humans became unbearable for the extra terrestrials when their controlled environment was breached. Their humanlike figures became amorphous, mineral-like organisms, and though they were still technically alive, their belligerent intentions could not be exacted in this state. Their plans for domination were finally thwarted.
